Kaden earned a BS in Environmental Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and spent the next 15+ years as a consultant across multiple industries. His consultancy background gives Kaden a robust hands-on perspective on financial management and how businesses can achieve their goals. He is committed to helping businesses achieve strategic financial clarity by fine-tuning the processes key to getting there.

Financial stewardship is a focal point for Kaden. After becoming debt free in 2016, he obtained his Ramsey Solutions’ Master Financial Coach certification in 2018.

Outside of the office, Kaden and his wife explore the world together—including oceans. Both have received their Scuba Open Water certifications.
